In the early morning of December 22, the localized independent innovation wind power PLC jointly developed by China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. and China Electronics Co., Ltd. was successfully put into operation in Huaneng Shaanxi Dingbian Shenkouzi Wind Farm 2 MW wind farm, marking Huaneng Group’s success in the domestic production of DCS for thermal power plants. After the localization of PLC and auxiliary control PLC, another important breakthrough has been achieved in the core equipment in the field of energy control. The successful commissioning of the independent innovation wind power control system will further improve the security level of my country’s power infrastructure, and also means that the relevant technical achievements will be transferred to the stage of large-scale promotion and application. What is PLC?
PLC, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC for short), is one of the key technologies in the energy industry. Large-scale PLC systems are usually the core technology to realize automatic and efficient operation of field equipment.
At present, most of the domestic PLC products are imported, and the core chips and software of a small number of domestic brand PLCs still use foreign products. The independently innovative wind power PLC developed this time is benchmarked against international mainstream products, and all key software and hardware have been localized.
The logic programming software can run on domestic computer platforms, and supports industrial languages and C languages conforming to the IEC 61131 international standard. The CPU controller adopts Feiteng 4-core high-performance processor FT2000/4, the main frequency is 1GHz, with CFAST card expansion, special function library for wind power, complex data types and fault recording and other functions, the operating temperature range can reach minus 40 degrees Celsius ~ 70 degrees Celsius , can meet the application requirements of wind turbines in harsh environments, product performance indicators, environmental adaptability, anti-electromagnetic interference ability are better than similar domestic products.
The main control logic and control strategy of the wind turbine are completely independently developed based on the localized platform, with 100% intellectual property rights. The main control logic meets the basic safety requirements and customized functional requirements of the unit at the same time. The control algorithm adopts the target tracking strategy of variable working conditions and variable parameters, which can adapt to Various models with large capacity and complex working conditions.
