He mentioned that the localization rate of Beidou-3 core components has reached 100%, the basic products have achieved independent control, and the domestic Beidou navigation 22nm chip has entered the stage of mass production.
At present, Beidou has become the world’s most powerful global satellite navigation system, exported to more than 120 countries and regions, such as Singapore, Cambodia, etc., and can provide 6 types of special applications such as international search and rescue and ground-based enhancement services.
In the terminal that supports Beidou navigation, Yang Changfeng said that in the first half of this year, 80% of the smartphones that applied to support Beidou positioning reached the network; most models of Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo and other brands support the Beidou function.
