Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation (“Toshiba”) announced the launch of two new 100V N-channel power MOSFETs for automotive 48V electrical system applications. The series includes the “XPH4R10ANB” with low on-resistance, which has a drain current of 70A, and the “XPH6R30ANB”, which has a drain current of 45A. Mass production and shipments are scheduled to begin.
The new product is Toshiba’s first[1]Automotive 100V N-Channel Power MOSFETs in a compact SOP Advance (WF) package. The package features a solderable flank terminal structure that enables automatic visual inspection when mounted on a circuit board, helping to improve reliability. The low on-resistance of the new MOSFETs helps reduce device power dissipation; the XPH4R10ANB has an industry-leading[2]Low on-resistance.
application:
?Automotive Equipment
Power supply units (DC-DC converters) and LED headlights, etc. (motor drives, switching regulators, and load switches)
characteristic:
? Toshiba’s first[1]100V automotive products in small surface mount SOP Advance (WF) packages
?AEC-Q101 certified
?Low on-resistance:
RDS(ON)=4.1m?(Max)@VGS=10V(XPH4R10ANB)
RDS(ON)=6.3m?(Maximum)@VGS=10V(XPH6R30ANB)
?SOP Advance (WF) package with solderable flank terminal structure
