Beijing, March 24, 2020 – Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) today announced four new dual-channel InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes. With bandwidths from 50 MHz to 200 MHz, these four oscilloscopes provide professional-grade measurements and features at an affordable price, including standard decoding for 5 hardware serial protocols, and remote connectivity via local area network (LAN) and USB. Keysight Technologies is a leading technology company dedicated to helping enterprises, service providers and government customers accelerate innovation and create a secure, connected world.
The new InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes use the same user interface and measurement technology as the higher performance Keysight InfiniiVision oscilloscopes. Now available in 15 languages, the intuitive front panel is easy to use and has a wealth of built-in features to help customers quickly understand the oscilloscope’s features and options (including setup tips for complex analysis options) and improve overall test productivity. The oscilloscope is preloaded with sixteen training signals to ensure users are quickly familiarized with and use the advanced measurement and analysis capabilities provided by the InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series. These training signals can also be combined with the free educator training kit; the training kit includes a comprehensive oscilloscope lab guide, as well as slides on oscilloscope fundamentals.
The new InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes can be upgraded with a software license, allowing customers to purchase the bandwidth they need today, and continue to upgrade the bandwidth as future designs evolve, fully protecting customer assets. InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series oscilloscopes offer 50, 70, 100 and 200 MHz bandwidth and accelerate innovation by:
Custom Keysight MegaZoom IV ASIC technology, which provides 200,000 waveforms per second update rate and 2 GSa/s sampling rate, captures random, infrequent glitches and anomalies that other similarly priced oscilloscopes might miss.
· Combines the functions of six instruments, including a frequency response analyzer (Bode plot), 20 MHz function generator, protocol analyzer, digital voltmeter and frequency counter, saving valuable bench space.
• Standard USB and LAN connections allow multiple engineers to connect to the network via LAN, enabling the use of a web browser-based remote virtual front panel to control and save data or pictures to work on a single instrument. This allows students and colleagues to share equipment and collaborate on projects in a variety of locations, saving time and money.
Professional-quality measurement and software analysis capabilities, including Fast Fourier Transform (FTT) capabilities, allow analysis in the frequency domain to uncover anomalies that cannot be queried in the time domain.
· Quickly analyze and determine signal parameters. Find crosstalk and distortion caused by amplifier nonlinearity and pass/fail mask testing up to 200,000 tests per second.
Standard serial data decoding function, which can provide triggering and decoding for common low-speed serial protocols, including: Inter-IC (I2C); Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI); Universal Asynchronous Transceiver (UART/RS232); Controller Area Network (CAN); and Local Interconnect Network (LIN). The lister feature allows users to easily view time-correlated packets and highlight erroneous packets.
Pricing and Product Models
