We are developing a reference design of a ventilator/medical blower that meets the following specifications. If you find it helpful, please contact us using the above methods, and we will share the design documents directly with you.

Reference design specifications of ventilator/medical blower:

• Input voltage range: 6-28V (12V-24V system)
• Blower motor driver with sensorless FOC drive, peak 6A
• Two-channel two-way solenoid valve driver, each channel 12V, 400mA
• Four-channel one-way solenoid valve driver, each channel 12V, 400mA

In addition, our ventilator page provides a reference design for the sub-system of the ventilator.

We also launched resources for design challenges common in medical systems. The following information is for you to quickly browse and see if it is relevant to your design.

Motor drive design resources:

• High-speed brushless motor (1k to 10k RPM in 0.2s) (reference design)
• High-speed sensorless (> 100krpm) (reference design)
• Solenoid valve driver (reference design)
• Best practice of motor driver board layout (application report)
