From the narrow sense of smart home equipment application, it is mainly concentrated in the commercial housing market, in which the application ratio of villas and high-end apartments is at a high level. From the perspective of the area of ​​houses completed each year, the market scale forecast of the smart home equipment industry for new commercial residential buildings in my country from 2016 to 2021 is shown in the following table.
