With ultra-soft feedback, the Light Touch Ultra Low Operating Tone (TLS) series of switches brings you an advanced haptic communication experience tailored to your automotive interior customization needs.
Compact switches with J-leads offer engineers the flexibility to reduce printed circuit board size or add functionality to a design. Sealed switches with protection class IP54 prevent the ingress of dust, liquids and moisture. The TLS series has a lifetime of 500,000 operations to ensure high reliability and long service life.
The TLS series switches are available in two versions. STD model switches feature 0.9 mm of travel and 4, 7 or 10N actuation force, providing 50% tactile feel. The low-tact version switches have a 30% tactile feel, while other characteristics remain the same. The pre-travel makes integration simple and easy by compensating for the tolerances of other components in the application.

The TLS series is typically designed for automotive center consoles, instrument panels, steering wheels, shift paddles, window regulators, seat adjusters and other in-cabin applications.
The operating temperature of the TLS series is -40°C to 90°C, the power value is 10μVA (min)/0.8 VA (max), the voltage is DC 1V (min)/16 V (max), and the rated current is 10μA (min)/50mA (maximum).
